At checkout, you will be asked to choose your preferred payment method. We offer two options: Cash on Delivery (COD) or Credit Terms. No credit card information is requested or stored during checkout.

If you are an approved wholesale customer with Credit Terms, your order will be invoiced and must be settled according to your agreed payment schedule. If you have questions about your credit terms, limit, or outstanding balance, please contact our accounts team.

All amounts shown at checkout are in the listed store currency, and any applicable taxes or fees will be displayed before your order is finalized.

Upon confirmation of the order and delivery date we will send a confirmation order.

You may still place your order even if a product appears to be out of stock.

Availability will be confirmed by our team after your order is received, and we will contact you if any adjustments are needed before your order is finalized.

The standard delivery fee is $200 per order. Delivery is free when your order meets the Minimum Order Value (MOV) set for your district zone. The MOV varies depending on your delivery location, which is grouped into the following zones:

Zone 1 – Hong Kong Island

Zone 2 – Kowloon

Zone 3 – New Territories

Zone 4 – Outlying Islands

Your applicable MOV and delivery fee will be displayed at checkout based on the delivery address you provide. If your order value is below the MOV for your zone, the $200 delivery fee will apply. If your order value meets or exceeds the MOV, delivery is complimentary.

We deliver across Hong Kong, covering the following zones:

Zone 1 – Hong Kong Island

Zone 2 – Kowloon

Zone 3 – New Territories

Zone 4 – Outlying Islands

Deliveries to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories are made on our regular delivery schedule. For Outlying Islands, availability and delivery timing will be confirmed by our team via email after your order is placed.
